Lope Tablada is a full renovation project of a dwelling located in a building dating from 1969. The intervention began with a complete upgrade of the building systems — drainage, electrical, plumbing, and insulation — along with a reorganization of the layout to open up the spaces and improve the relationship between the different rooms.
During the process, it was decided to leave some of the original structural elements exposed, such as the concrete column, incorporating them into the new spatial language. On this architectural basis, an interior design was developed in which color and paint are integrated as an additional layer of work, introducing specific interventions that expand the architectural language and bring identity to the space.
